12.4.23.3. Broken Parts Repair Details
(D001)
If D001 is short-circuit, F001 will melt (open).
In this case, replace all of the parts (D001, F001).
(Q001)
The worst case of Q001 is a short-circuit between the Drain and Gate because damage expands to the peripheral circuit of Q001.
This is due to a very high voltage through the Gate circuit, which is composed of IC001. You should change all of the parts listed as
follows.
• F001, Q001, IC001
(C016)
If over voltage (450V) was supplied for a power supply unit, C016 will be broken.
(F101)
If F101 is melted (open), check the 24 Voltage lines of the Main Board and others.
(F102)
If F102 is melted (open), check the 24 Voltage lines of the Main Board and others.
(F103)
If F103 is melted (open), check the 24 Voltage lines of the Main Board and others.
(F104)
If F104 is melted (open), check the 7 Voltage lines of the Main Board and others.
(F105)
If F105 is melted (open), check the 7 Voltage lines of the Main Board and others.
