Tasks

This feature allows you to enter a list of tasks.
To view the Tasks list:
From Idle mode, press Menu and select Tools

To add a task to the list:
If there are no tasks in the list, press OK to create a new Task. If one or more tasks have already been created,

press Options and select Create new task
Enter a name for this task in the Task field.

Enter the Start date and Due date, select a Priority level and, if required, set an Alarm and enter all the

information related to the alarm.
Press Save to save this configuration.

Notes

This feature allows you to save notes for later viewing.
To view the Notes list:
From Idle mode, press Menu and select Tools

To view a note:
Press View.
•
To add a note to the list:
If there are no tasks in the list, press OK to create a new Task. If one or more tasks have already been created,

press Options and select Create.
Enter the note.

While viewing the list, press Options to access the following options:
View: opens the highlighted note.

Create: lets you create and save a new note.
•
Send via: lets you send the note to someone in a Message or via Bluetooth.
