Tasks

This feature allows you to enter a task list.
In Idle mode, press Menu
Press OK to create a new task.
1.
Enter a short description of the task in the Task text box then press the Down Navigation key.
2.
Continue to enter other information including Start date, Due date, Priority, and Alarm.
3.
Press Save when you are finished. Your Task list saves to the Calendar.
4.
Editing the Tasks List
When you select the Tasks list menu, the current contents display with a status checkbox and a priority marker.
If the item was done, a check displays in the checkbox.
High priority items have a red explanation mark, Normal priority items have a blue explanation mark, and Low
priority items have a gray explanation mark.
In Idle mode, press Menu

Highlight a task from the list, then press View

Highlight a field to edit and press Edit
3.
Edit the items you wish to change and press Save

Notes

This option allows you to create notes to add to your events.
In Idle mode, press Menu
1.

Press OK to create a new note.

A blank Notes screen displays.
Enter your text and press Save
