Simulates the dissonance of stiff strings.

Stretcher

Stretches the frequency distance between partials.
If a sawtooth is detuned by this effect an amount of +12 results in a pulse like wave. -12 re­
sults in a sawtooth wave detuned by one octave but missing the first partial.
