Restoring Settings
corrupted, you will be able to restore the files from the backup. The backups
are saved as configuration files and stored in a location of your choosing.
To back up Communicator configurations:

Access the Communicator Configuration Console.

In the General tab, click Backup.
A Browse for Folder dialog box appears.

Navigate to where you want to save the backup file.

Click OK.
The configuration is saved and available to restore later.
If you created a Communicator configuration, you can restore those settings
from the General tab in the Configuration Console
