7. Set Oven Parameters
a. Default Temperature: the temperature to which the oven preheats until a menu is selected (Menu Mode, see
page 8) or the set temperature is changed in Manual Mode (see page 7).
b. Default Fan Speed: the fan speed to which the oven is set when the oven is cooling down.
c. Default Fan Rev Time: the interval of time between fan direction reversals.
d. Cool Down Temp: the temperature to which the cavity must cool before the cooling fan turns off.
e. Energy Savings Time: the oven will go into energy savings mode if idle for the amount of time entered here.
A setting of 00:00 turns this feature off.
f. Hot Air Energy Savings Temperature: Temperature at which the oven will hold during "Energy Savings" mode.
