Submit a Mobile Hotspot diagnostic report

On the home screen, click the connections area at the top of the screen, or click the Manage Connections icon.

Click Networks and Connections > Mobile Hotspot Connections.

I can't use my smartphone as a mobile hotspot
Try the following actions:
Verify that your mobile network connection and your Wi-Fi connection are both turned on.
Verify that your BlackBerry smartphone is connected to the mobile network by checking that the

Verify that your wireless service plan is set up to use Mobile Hotspot mode. For more information, contact your wireless
service provider.
