My notebook does not reboot when the MC760
Modem is inserted. I experience an error or a blank
screen.
• When this happens, simply remove the device and reboot the
system.
The device contains internal memory which behaves like a CD-
ROM. Some notebooks depending on the system BIOS settings,
may try to reboot from the CD-ROM before the Hard Drive. The
machine may present a black screen with a cursor or an error
message about a non-bootable disk. This behavior is similar
when using any non bootable CD in your CD-ROM drive.
Why do I see the message "No 'device' detected"
when I run Broadband2Go?
Your modem was not inserted properly into your computer.
1. Exit Broadband2Go.
2. Remove your device.
3. Restart your computer.
4. Restart Broadband2Go.
5. Reinsert your device.
Why does the message "Searching for network"
display continuously when I run Broadband2Go?
