Burner installation
Separate burner documentation.
The hole circle of the burner
mounting holes, the burner
mounting holes and the blast tube
aperture comply with EN 303 1.
The burner may be installed directly
on the hinged boiler door. Fit the
burner plate, which is part of the
standard delivery, if the burner
dimensions deviate from those
stated in EN 303 1.
Combustion chamber sight glass installation
Connect the sight glass (supplied
inside the combustion chamber) with
the fan part of the burner (test
aperture for static burner pressure)
using the plastic hose supplied.
H Cut out the insulating mat in the
burner door according to the blast
tube diameter.
Please note
The blast tube must protrude from
the thermal insulation on the boiler
door.
To safeguard perfect function,
maintain the required minimum
flame tube length.
H After the burner installation, seal
the annular gap between the flame
tube and the insulating block with
the flame tube gasket supplied.
Please note
Non−observance can result in
boiler door damage through
excessive temperatures.
