The connections of the PHASE 22 System

The PHASE 22 audio interface offers you all of the connections required for professional

studio peripherals. Following is a detailed overview of its technical and electrical charac-

teristics:

The PHASE 22 audio system

1. Analog Line In 1, balanced 1/4" jack

2. Analog Line In 2, balanced 1/4" jack

3. Analog Line Out 1, balanced 1/4" jack

4. Analog Line Out 2, balanced 1/4" jack

5. Connection for the PHASE 22 breakout cable (Tighten the screws of the connector

firmly to ensure that the cable is securely attached to the PCI system. The weight and

stiffness of the cable may otherwise cause it to become detached.)

6. EWS

Connect Sync IN connection for the internal synchronization of up to 4 PHASE

PCI cards (5 pins, the jumper must remain in place on the master card). For more infor-

mation, please also read "Cascading and internal synchronization" starting on Ü page 36.

7. EWS

Connect Sync OUT connection for the synchronization of up to 4 PHASE PCI

systems (2 pins).

8. MIDI In, 5 pin DIN connection

9. MIDI Out, 5 pin DIN connection

10. Digital In, coaxial, cinch connection

11. Digital Out, coaxial, cinch connection
