You can interrupt a programme at any
time by opening the door.
The heating will be switched off and the
cooking time remaining stored in
memory.
If the oven is still hot, steam will
escape when the door is opened.
Step back from the appliance and
wait until the steam has dissipated.
When opening the appliance, take
great care that hot water which may
have collected in the condensate
channel in the door does not
overflow.
Also when putting the condensate
tray or cooking containers into the
oven or taking them out, take care
not to spill the contents. Do not
come into contact with hot steam
and do not touch the roof of the
oven. Danger of burning and
scalding.
You can continue the programme by
closing the door.
The oven will heat up again and the
display will show the rising temperature
of the cooking compartment. Once the
set temperature has been reached, the
display will change to show the cooking
time remaining as it counts down.
