simple test can be performed:

centre of the oven, fill a suitable
glass with water and also place this

Select Microwave mode
function selector.
Select the highest microwave power
setting (1200 W) with the "+" control.
Confirm by pressing "Enter".
Enter a time of 30 seconds with the
"+" control.
