A To switch off the fault message: Switch the machine off with the I-On/0-Off
button.
Possible cause
– The water outlet is
blocked or
restricted.
– The drain hose has
been fixed too high.
– The water inlet is
blocked or
restricted.
The water protection
system has reacted.
The drum lighting unit
is not fitted correctly.
There is a fault.
Problem solving guide
Remedy A
– Clean the drain filter and
the drain pump as
described in "Opening
the drum door in the
event of a blocked drain
outlet and/or power
failure".
– The maximum drain
height is 1 m.
Check whether
– the stopcock is opened
wide enough.
– the inlet hose is kinked.
Call the Service
Department.
Fit it correctly.
Start the programme again.
If the fault message
appears again, contact the
Service Department.
