- Page 3 UNLOADING THE IQAIR CLEANZONE 3030 Begin by removing the door of the crate. The front of the door is marked with a red arrow that indicates the top and the outer panel of the door. Remove the 4 screws that run horizontally down the left and right sides of the door.
- Page 4 Open and extend the loading ramp to the floor. This is how the loading ramp looks when extended to the floor. Next, carefully roll the CleanZone unit out of the crate and down the ramp. Because the CleanZone unit weighs 200 lbs., the unit should be maneuvered using two people.
- Page 5 This secures the loading ramp to the base of the crate while in storage. Please keep the IQAir crate and components for future transport. Refer to Part 2: Loading the CleanZone 3030, when ready to return the unit to IQAir.

- Page 7 This is how the ramp looks when extended to the floor. Next, roll the CleanZone up to the crate’s loading ramp. Position the unit so that the bottom duct opening is facing outwards. Because the CleanZone unit weighs 200 lbs., it should be maneu- vered using two people.
