    Quick Start Guide contains the four simple steps you need to perform in order to project with- out the burden of cables. If you have any problems, consult the "Troubleshooting" section of the LiteShow User’s Guide or the program’s online Help. Technical Support contacts can be found in this document on page 14.

    Please be sure to have the following items on hand before starting the installation process: computer with LiteShow adapter wireless LAN adapter (integrated, PC card, or USB wireless adapter) projector with M1-D or M1-DA connector LiteShow CD and this Quick Start Guide...
  • Page 5 Power on the projector. Look for the LiteShow Splash Screen (shown on the next page) on the projected screen. The LiteShow Splash Screen is a small window that appears in the upper left corner of the projected screen. If you can see it, then you know that the projector is powered on, the M1-D or M1-DA connector is the active source, and that a LiteShow adapter is connected to it.
  • Page 6 Unique ID: A unique identification string that distinguishes your LiteShow adapter from others in the area. • WLAN: The name of the Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) LiteShow is connecting to. The default is LiteShow. • Model: The model number of the projector the LiteShow adapter is attached to.
  • Page 7 If you are using an embedded wireless radio, please make sure that the radio is enabled. Insert the LiteShow CD into your PC’s CD drive. At the LiteShow CD menu, select the LiteShow option in the License Agreement Software section to install LiteShow Manager.

  • Page 12 Click the Scan button if you are not seeing your LiteShow-enabled projector. Within moments, the Projector list should populate with the names of LiteShow adapters that are in range. To project via LiteShow, simply highlight your LiteShow-enabled projector and click the Project button.
