CLISTOUT Command

The CLISTOUT command reproduces (or suppresses) dictionary comments specified
by the user in any open source-code files. CLISTOUT reproduces comments only if the
COMMENTS command is also specified
{ [ NO ] CLISTOUT | CLISTOUTDETAIL }
CLISTOUT
reproduces dictionary comments specified by the user on any open source-code
files. CLISTOUT is the default setting.
NOCLISTOUT
stops reproducing comments in the output files from NOCLISTOUT to a
subsequent CLISTOUT.
CLISTOUTDETAIL
reproduces any comments on referenced definitions immediately preceding the
referring definition or record.
CLISTOUT Command Guidelines
The following points are guidelines for using the CLISTOUT command:
CLISTOUT reproduces comments on any open C, COBOL, DDL, FORTRAN, FUP,
Pascal, pTAL, or TAL source-code file.
You can suppress comments with NOCLISTOUT and then enable them with a
subsequent CLISTOUT.
CLISTOUT does not reproduce comments for referenced objects. To reproduce
comments associated with definitions referenced by another definition or by a
record, specify CLISTOUTDETAIL.
