Press the {User Tools/Counter} key.

Press [System Settings].

Press [Administrator Tools].

Press [Display / Clear / Print Counter
per User].

Press [Print Counter List] under All
Users.

left side of the display.

Codes.
C Select the function usage you
want to clear from [Print Coun-
ter], [Transmission Counter], and
[Scanner Counter].
D Press [OK].
