CHUTE ASSEMBLY
Snowdrawnintothe augerhousingis dischargedout the chute
assembly.
IGNITION
KEY
The ignition keyis a safetydevice.It mustbe
fully insertedin orderfor the engineto start.
Removethe ignitionkeywhenthe snow thrower
is not in use.
NOTE: Donot turnthe ignitionkey in an attempt
to startthe engine.Doingso may causeit to
break.
CHOKE
CONTROL
The chokecontrolis foundon the rearof the
engineand is activatedby rotatingthe knob
clockwise.Activating the choke controlcloses
the choke plateon thecarburetorand aids in
startingthe engine.
