Possible problems could arise in the operation of your hydraulic pallet truck. Their probable
causes(s) and corrective action(s) follow:
Condition
Hydraulic unit does not lift
Once lifted truck lowers by itself
Fork does not lower
Lever does not set at Up-down

Troubleshooting

Probable Causes
Oil low in tank
Steel ball not seated in hydraulic
unit
Worn U-packing in ram cylinder
Steel ball not seated in hydraulic
unit
Worn U-packing in ram cylinder
Release valve not seated
properly
Release valve not adjusted
properly
Oil leakage from each valve
Cam broken
Up-down cam nut out of
adjustment
Broken fork rods and linkage
Cam nut out of adjustment

Corrective Action
Make sure there is no oil leakage
from valve and add oil
Place the lever in the down
position and pump the handle
repeatedly
Consult authorized repair station

Reload truck within load capacity
and adjust valve by pressure
adjustment screw
Tighten plug of each valve
Replace cam chain
