Out of fuel.
Fuel vent closed

treating or draining gasoline, or
refueled with bad gasoline.
Spark plugs faulty, fouled or
improperly gapped.
Spark plugs wet with fuel (flooded
engine).
Carburetor malfunction, fuel pump
failure, ignition malfunction, stuck
valves, etc.
