If yourheartratedoesnotappear i n thedisplay
aftera fewseconds, makesurethatthepulsesen-
sorwireis plugged fullyintotheconsole andthat
thepulsesensor i s attached properly. Youmay
havetoexperiment tofindthebestposition forthe
pulsesensor.
Note:Thepulsesensor i s moreaccurate whenit is
wornontheleftearlobeandwhentheuseris sit-
tingstill.Forthebestresults, s toppedaling while
using thepulsesensor.
Afteryouhavemeasured y ourheartrate,remove
thepulsesensor t o conserve t hebatteries.
4. Turn off the console.
To turn off the console, simply wait for a few min-
utes. The console has an auto-off feature. If the
pedals are not moved and the mode button is not
pressed for a few minutes, the power will turn off
automatically to conserve the batteries.
