Pump Maintenance
Changing Pump oim
Change oil every 50 hours or once yearly, whichever
occurs first.
NOTE: Purchase a premeasured bottle of pump oil item
number H90586GS, by contacting the nearest authorized
service center.
Change pump oim as fommows:
H. Drain engine oiH and fuel from pressure washer.
2. Use a 8ram aHHenwrench to remove black pump oiH cap
between high pressure outlet and garden hose inHet
(Figure 22).
ENGINE MAINTENANCE
See the engine owner's manuaH for instructions on how to
properly maintain the engine.
CAUTION
Used motor oil has been shown to cause skin cancer in
certain laboratory animals.
Thoroughly wash exposed areas with soap and water.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. DON'T
POLLUTE. CONSERVE RESOURCES. RETURN
USED OILTO COLLECTION CENTERS.

3. TiHt pressure washer to drain oiHinto an approved
container untiH it drips showily from pump.
4. TiHt pressure washer in opposite direction and empty
premeasured pump oiH bottle into same opening (a
smaHH funnel may be heHpfuH).
5. [nstaHHbHack pump oiH cap and tighten firmly.
6. Set pressure washer in upright position.Add fueH and
engine oiH.

o The data tag (Figure 23) is located on the base of the
pressure washer. For future reference, pHease copy the
model revision, and seriaH number of the pressure washer
in the space below.
