Connecting a camcorder
This connection allows you to watch video materials recorded on a
camcorder.
You will need:
• one pair of audio cables
• one video cable
Caution:
If youare using a S-VHS camcorder witha
S-videa output,connect t his to the S-video
inputonthe TVandremovethe video cable.
Do not connect t he videacableand the
S-videa cableto _deo-3 simuitoneausly.

Connecting an audio system
This connection allows you to use an audio amplifier to adjust the
audio levd. This also allows you to use external speakers.
To control the audio, turn on the TV and the stereo amplifier, then
turn offthe built-in speakers. (See" Turning offthe built-in speakers"
on page 40.)
You will need one pair of audio cables.
