Press I/_ to turn on the system.
Press I, _, and I/_) on the unit at the
same time.
"COLD RESET" appears in tile front panel
display and the system returns to default
settings.

Press t,/4, to select [SYSTEM SETUP],
then press @.
The options for [SYSTEM SETUP] appear.
Press ,Phi,to [RESET] and press ->.
Press <-/-.> to select [YES].
You cm_ also quit the process and return to
the Control Menu display by selecting [NO]
here.
Press @.
Do nnt press I/(_) while resetting the systenl
as it takes a l_:w seconds to complete.
• The ]MODE (MUSIC, IMAGE)], [INTERVAL],
]EFFECT], and [MULTI/2CH] settings are also
return to the default settings.
You can return the [SETUP] settings (page 61)
other than [PARENTAL CONTROL] to the
default settings.

Press FUNCTION +/- repeatedly until
"DVD" appears in the front panel
display.
2 Press Q DISPLAY while the system is
in stop mode.
The Control Menu display appears on the
TV screen.

then press (_.
The options for [SETUP] appear.

press @.
The Setup Display appears.
