The Electrolux Combination Oven. Chefs have a secret that helps them
create food that's crisp and golden while at the same time being delicious
and succulent. It's called combination cooking.

Steam cooking

Hot air and steam combine to deliver extraordinary
results – in both taste and presentation. Restaurants
have had this advantage for years. Now it's your turn.
Electrolux have a solution with a full size single multi
function oven with steam - combining traditional
cooking with all the healthier benefits of steam,
retaining all the flavours and nutrients in the food
(reducing the need for fat and salt) with the ability to
give golden crispy results.
• Steam cooking retains the nutrients and vitamins
within the food - also the colour and texture.
• Steam cooking is more economic too, since the
loss of weight is much smaller - you get a more
juicy and tender result.
• Steam and conventional heat gives fantastic
results which look good enough to eat.
Steam levels
Full steam
(Pre-programmed temperture 96°C)
Ideal for vegetables, rice or anything you would
generally steam.
Half steam
(Pre-programmed temperture 110°C)
Perfect for reheating without drying.
Partial steam
(Pre-programmed temperture 180°C)
Combines steam and heat and is perfect for
cooking your roast chicken, bread or anything
you want crispy on the outside whilst retaining
the moisture.
Easy to clean
What about cleaning the oven? We take it
that it is not your favorite chore in the kitchen.
But with the steam oven's cleaning program,
it is a child's play. Please add water and
approximately a table spoon of vinegar, let it
work for about 15 minutes and wipe out
the dirt. That is it!
