Connect the water line to the refrigerator.
1) Slip the compression nut and plastic ferrule
through the plastic tube.
2) After inserting the sleeve, tighten the compres-
sion nut onto 1/4" compression fitting(union).
Do not oVeitighten the compiession
NOTE nut,
"
3) Slip the compression ferrule and nut on cop-
per (or plastic) tubing as shown.
Tighten the compression nut onto the com-
pression fitting(union).
4) Turn water on and check for any leakage.

NOTE Cutoff 1/4 inch squarely to prevent leaks when reconnectingl
Install the water filter.
1) As shown, open the cartridge cover by pulling and pushing up at the front
The water filter cartridge is located at th! Upper riiht corner of the Fridge compartment.
NOTE Whenthe displayin the Control panelindicatesfilterchange, it is recommended t hat the filtercartridgebe changed.
2) Remove the water filter from the box then position the arrow of the cartridge in line with the cartridge cover.
Under the high water pressurel water may drip from the water filter s Casel
NOTE If you put the small tray beneath the filter cover holel itwill be helpul to clean the shelf
3) Insert the filter as shown and Push until you hear a click.
Be sure to align the filter cartiidge hook and housingl
NOTE
4) Close the filter cartridge cover.

NOTE Do not push and pull the water cartridge repeatedly, as water pressure will make the water spurt.
