To determine
whether
the universal
remote
needs
to be
programmed,
turn the VCR on, point the remote at the VCR,
and press the VCR1 button. Then press POWER or CH ^
(channel up) or CH v (channel down) to see if the VCRresponds
to the remote commands. If not, the remote needs to be
programmed.

- Follow these steps to program your universal remote to Control
your VCR:

list on the next page.

Press and hold the VCR1 button on the remote.

Enter the two-digit code from the code list.
