Problems

HDMI/DVI
Connection
•
Make
sure
the
HDMI
or I)VI
device
is turned
on
and
the
cables
arc
firmly
connected.
It" problems
still
occur,
turn
off
your device. Re-connect your device. Reset tile power by unplugging
tile power cord and plugging
it back in.

It you are tuned to tile HDMIi1)VI input and vou're receiving
[ J_zl.s-cfbM S(_Jlal message
on-screen,
press the
INFO button on the remote. If Acqz_irfll 2 CT_aJlJ_'l appears
in tile channel banner, the HI)MI or I)VI device isn't
responding.
Contact tile manufi_cturer of the HI)MI or I)VI device for further assistance.

If you tune to tile HI)MIiI)VI input and you see snow, the video goes in and out, or the video takes a long time to
appear, your HI)MI or DVI device is having trouble sending video information
to the TV. Re-connect
your device.
Reset the power by unplugging
the power cord and plugging it back in. If problems
persist, try connecting
the
Y Ply Pr jacks instead if they arc available or contact the manufacturer
of the HI)MI or DVI device for further
assistance.

If you have bars on each side of your picture, the device you connected
might have a switch or a menu option
al]owing you to change tile picture quality output that will fix this. Choose either 720p or 1080i.

Maybe batteries in remote are weak, dead, or installed incorrectly.
Put new batteries in tile remote. (Note, if you
remove the batteries, you may have to reprogram
tile remote to operate
()tiler devices.)

cord from the wall outlet, power strip, etc. Keep your TV unplugged
for about 5 minutes. Then plug the TV back in,
