Audio IN and Video IN Jacks
Receives audio signals
from
another component,
like a VCR or camcorder when it is connected
to
these jacks.
Use INPUT to select VIDEO1 (back panel jacks) or
VIDEO2 (front panel jacks) to record from these
jacks.
CHAN ^ and v (Channel up and down)
Selects next higher or lower channel in the
TV/VCR's channel memory.
Used for manual tracking when a tape is playing.
Earphone Jack
Connect an earphone
(not supplied)
to this jack.
Remote Sensor
Receives signals from the remote. Aim remote at
this sensor with no objects between them,
REPEAT Indicator
Lights during auto repeat.
REW (Rewind)
Rewinds the tape when the TV/VCR is stopped.
Searches the picture in reverse during playback.
STOP/EJECT
Stops normal functions -- such as record, play,
rewind, fast-forward,
or pause.
Press when a tape is stopped to eject the cassette.
F.FWD (Fast Forward)
Fast forwards the tape when the VCR is stopped.
Searches
the picture forward during playback.
PICTURE
Displays the PICTURE QUALITY menu.

PLAY
Plays a tape.
POWER
Turns the TV/VCR on or off. The indicator in the
button is lit when the power is on.
REC (Record)
Press to start TV/VCR recording.
The indicator
in the button lights during recording.
TIMER REC Indicator
Lights when a timer program has been set
and a cassette with safety tab in place is in
the TV/VCR.
Flashes when a timer recording has been set and
the TV/VCR is turned off with no cassette
inserted, a cassette with no safety tab has been
inserted, or there has been a power interruption.
TIMER WAKE UP Indicator
Lights when the wake-up timer turns on the
TV/VCIL
VOL + and - (Volume up and down)
Raises and lowers the sound.
