Track and manage forms
The Forms Tracker helps you manage forms you've distributed.
Click the Forms button

Select an icon on the left to see forms in that category:

• To Do displays forms you've received.
• History displays forms you've distributed.
• Search Results allows you to search for specific forms.
• Forms Library displays forms you've saved in the library for future distribution.

Compile data received by email
As users return their form data, you can compile it into a data set.
Open the email attachment containing the returned form.

In the dialog box that appears, select an existing data set or create a new set for the form data.

The new data is added and the data set opens, allowing you to
clicking Forms
on the Tasks toolbar, and choosing Compile Returned Forms.

Review form responses
After you've compiled returned form data into a data set, the PDF automatically opens for you to review the
responses.
With the desired data set PDF open, do any of the following:
• To review an individual response, select a line in the response list.
• To sort the response list, click the desired column heading.
• To add data, click Import Data
• To delete data, select a record and press Delete.
