NOTE:Usean adjustablewrench,7/16"wrenchand the
hardwareinGroup 3 to completethe followingsteps.
The holesin the deck providethreecuttingheights.Use
corresponding holeswhenattachingall four wheels(i.e.
for the lowestcuttingposition,assembleeachwheel
at the highesthole on the deck). Referto the Cutting
HeightAdjustmentsectionfor moreinformation.
1. Secureeach wheelto the deck as shownin Figure
3-4.
NOTE:The cuppedsideof eachwashershouldbe
pressedagainstthe deck.

Blade Control
Handle
NOTE: If the bladecontrolis securedand in place
on the upper handle,youmay skip the followingthree
steps. If,however,the bladecontrol becamedisplaced
eitherduringshippingor duringassembly,reattachit as
follows:
1. Insertthe curvedend of the bladecontrol intothe
centerhob locatedon the rightsideof the upper
handle.See Figure3-5.
2. Gentlysqueezethe blade controlinwardand insert
the straightend into the lowerhob locatedon the [eft
sideof the upper handle.See Figure3-5.
3. Checkto confirmthat the bladecontrol pivotsfreely
againstthe upperhandle.

Unwrapthe blade-brakecablefrom the engineand route
thecable underthe lowerhandle.

Z Fitting
1. Tomakeit easierto attachthe Z fitting,temporarily
removethe leftsideof the blade controlas shownin
Figure3-6.
2. Hookthe Z end of the brakecable intothe handle
from theoutsideto inside.See Figure3-6.
3. Reattachthe left sideof the blade control.
