Baking Problems
For best cooking
results
pre-heat
the oven
when
baking
cookies,
breads,
cakes,
pies or
pastries,
etc. There is no need to preheat
the oven for roasting
meats or baking
casseroles.

may vary slightly
from your
previous
appliance.

Solutions
Allow oven to preheat to the selected temperature
before placing food in oven
Choose pan sizes that will permit 5 lcm to 10 2cm
(2" to 4") of air space on all sides when placed in the
oven
Use a medium-weight
aluminum baking sheet
Allow oven to preheat to the selected temperature
before placing food in the oven
Use proper rack poslhon for baking needs

Be sure to remove all pans from the oven except the
ones to be used for baking
Open oven door only after shortest recommended
baking time
