Wipe the SCAN 19000 with a soft cloth and a mild soap.
Do not store the SCAN 19000 in a high-humidity area,
near a heat radiator or in direct sun light,

Use the AC adapter supplied with the SCAN 19000.
Put the black dot in the left upper corner and redraw the
design. Then rescan it.
