MULTI-COLOR
MODE SCANNING
Insert the memory card and turn the power switch on.
Set a design sheet on the scanner guide tray.
Select the mode and size of your choice.
Press _
key, and select the stitch type.
Scan the first part of the design.
Press _
key and select the color of your choice.
Repeat the above steps until you finish the last part of the
design.
* After scanning, the display screen shows O.
LINE STITCHES
Line stitches are useful for outlining of multi-color
designs
Press _
key, then press _
key.
Select one of the line stitches by pressing _
key to
choose line stitches.
Select one of the stitches and press _
key.
Then, scan the design in the same way as mono-color
(see page 24) or multi-color
scanning.
* After scanning, the display screen shows _).
NOTE:
Line stitches are not suitable to fill-in a large area. In this
case, use weaving stitches.
WEAVING STITCHES
You can make a professional style embroidery
by using
weaving stitches in different directions for various parts of
the design.
Press _
key, then press _
key.
Select one of the weaving stitches by pressingJ_
key
to choose weaving stitches.
Select one of the stitches and press _
key.
Then, scan the design in the same way as mono-color
(see page 24) or multi-color scanning.
* After scanning, the display screen shows (_).
CROSS STITCH
Cross stitch embroidery is easy with the SCAN 19000.
Press _
key, then press [_
key.
Select cross stitch by pressing _
key to choose
cross stitch and press _
key.
Then, scan the design in the same way as mono-color
(see page 24) or multi-color scanning.
* After scanning, the display screen shows 0.
