fullyto"ON"position. Open nearest faucet a ndflush filter
cartridge for15minutes.

latapapara @jar e scapar elaireatrapado. Inspeccione
potgoteras. Despu6s girelamanila completamente
hasta/a p osicion "ON"(abierta). Abra elgrifom6s cerca
y deje fluirelagua pot 15minutos.

hold.Depress redpressure-relief
button torelieve pres-
sure. U nscrew b ottom ofhousing. Discard used cartridge.
Rinse outhousing a nd fill 1/3withwater. A dd 2 table-
spoons o fbleach andscrub withnonabrasive
brush or
sponge. Rinse t horoughly.
B. Remove O-ring fromgroove inhousing a ndwipeO-ring
andgroove c lean. L ubricate O-ring witha coating o f clean
silicone g rease. Insert O -ring back intogroove andsmooth
intoplace withfinger.
NOTE: This step is important toensure proper housing
seal. M akecertain O -ring isseated l evel i nthegroove.
Firmly insert n ew cartridge intohousing. Make certain i t
slips over t hestandpipe atthebottom ofthehousing.
C. Screw thebottom ofhousing o ntothecap untilit is hand-
tight.Donotover-tighten.
Slowly turnhandle onhousing
1/4-turn counterclockwise
toallow system tofill with
water.
Depress redpressure-relief
button to release t rapped a ir.
Check forleaks, thenrotate hen@fullytothe"ON"posi-
tion.
NOTE: Flush cartridge for15 minutes before u se.
