NOTE: The Depth-Adjustment
Wrench
supplied
is used to adjust the depth when the
router is fixed to the router table (Model No.
320.28160),
sold separately.

Always turn the router motor
off and unplug the router from the power
source before making any adjustments

When using the plunge base to attach the
router to the router table, the bit depth can be
adjusted
by turning the depth rod clockwise
or counterclockwise
with the wrench supplied
(Fig. 21a).
1. Turn off the router.

Lock the Plunge Depth Locking
Lever.
Insert the wrench
into the adjusting
hole on the tabletop.
Turn the depth
rod on the router clockwise
with the wrench to move the collet/nut
up or
counterclockwise
to move the collet/nut
down
4.
When the desired depth of cut is set, tighten the plunge-lock
lever. The
precise depth of cut can be measured
with a ruler.
