POSSIBLE CAUSE
- The circuit breaker in yoor house has been tripped, or a fuse has been blown.,
• The oven c_ntrois are not properly set.

• Food is being conked on a hot pan or on cnokware not suitable for broiling.

If burner flames look like (A), call for service. Normal burner flames should
lenk like (B) or (C), depending on the type of gas you use.
• With LP gas, soma yellow tipping on outer certes is normal.
• This is normal in a new oven and will disappeer in time. To speed theprocese,
set a self-clean cycle for a minimum of 3 hours. See the Operating the Self-
Cleaning Oven section.
STRONG ODOR • An odor from the insulation around the inside of the oven is normal for the
fwst few times the oven is used. This is temporary.
• Improper air/gas ratio in oven. Adjust oven burner air shutter.
FAN NOISE - A cooling fan may automatically turn on and off to cool internal parts. This is
normal and the fan may continue to run even after the oven is off.
