If burner flames look like (A), call for service. Normal burner flames should
lenk like (B) or (C), depending on the type of gas you use.
• With LP gas, soma yellow tipping on outer certes is normal.
• This is normal in a new oven and will disappeer in time. To speed theprocese,
set a self-clean cycle for a minimum of 3 hours. See the Operating the Self-
Cleaning Oven section.
STRONG ODOR
• An odor from the insulation around the inside of the oven is normal for the
fwst few times the oven is used. This is temporary.
• Improper air/gas ratio in oven. Adjust oven burner air shutter.
FAN NOISE
- A cooling fan may automatically turn on and off to cool internal parts. This is
normal and the fan may continue to run even after the oven is off.
