This Warrantydoesnot cover:
o Expendableitems which becomeworn during normal use, such as blades,spark
plugs,air cleaners,belts and oil filters°
• Tire replacementor repair causedby puncturesfrom outsideobjects,such as nails,
thorns,stumps,or glass°
o Repairsnecessarybecauseof operator abuse,includingbut not limitedto, damage
caused by towing objectsbeyondthe capabilityof the ridingequipment,impacting
objectsthat bend the frame or crankshaft,or over speedingthe engine.
° Repairsnecessarybecauseof operator negligence,includingbut not limitedto,
electricaland mechanicaldamagecaused by improperstorage,failure to use the
proper grade and amountof engineoil, failure to keep the deck clear of flammable
debris,or the failure to maintainthe equipmentaccordingto the instructions
containedin the owner's manual°
° Engine (fuelsystem)cleaningor repairscaused by fuel determinedto be contami-
natedor oxidized(stale).In general,fuel should be usedwithin thirty (30) days of its
purchasedate.
o Ridingequipmentusedfor commercialor rentalpurposes.

For ninety(90) daysfrom date of purchase,if any batteryincludedwith this riding
