Settings
Tile settings indicated below carl be made by tapping tile tabs to display tile
setting controls in smart portrait mode.
• Each icon also indicates the current setting.
• Tap the icon of the desired item to display the setting screen for that item.
• To hide the setting controls, tap the tab again.

33) when taking pictures in smart portrait mode.

Changes made to the image mode setting apply to all shooting modes (except
movie recording).

Skin softening
Enable skirl softening. When the shutter is released, the camera detects one or more
human faces (up to three), and processes the image to soften facial skin tones
before saving the picture.
The degree of skin softening applied can be selected from High, Normal (default
setting), and Low. When Off is selected, the skin softening function
is disabled.
• The effects of skin softening are not visible when framing pictures for shooting.
Check the degree of skin softening performed
in playback mode.
