The Options
menu lets you set the Clock and set Closed
Captioning
(digital and analog),
It also displays information
regarding the HD'I-V Digital Receiver.
Options
: Clock
The Clock option allows you to set the system clock, Time will be displayed when INFO button is pressed. (Clock must be set to use the
Timer feature of the HDTV Digital Receiver).
Procedure

Select OPTIONS from the Rollerguide.

Press ACTION or • to display the Options menu.

Press • button to change the clock settings. The 'day' field is highlighted.

buttons to adjust the day of the week.

Press • button to select the hour.

Press AV
buttons to adjust the hour (AM or PM).

Press • button to enter the minutes field and press ••
buttons to adjust the minutes.

Press ACTION to save the settings.
CC (Closed Captioning)
The HDTV Digital Receiver contains a built-in decoder that is capable of providing a visual display of the audio portion. The
program viewed must provide Closed Captioning (CC) for the television to display it, You can set your preferences for both
digital and analog Closed Captioning. When you highlight CC, following screen is displayed to explain the capabilities of the
Closed Captioning feature.
