Thoroughl) clean the griddle of grease and
food particles, usin,,._ a S(luare-edged, spatula,
while it is still hot.
X4]i)e the griddle with a dry, heavy; coarse cloth
to remove any remaining residue and food

If desired, wash with hot soapy water, rinse
and dry.
Once the griddle has cooled, mb the surtace
lightly with vegetable oil. Do not use corn oil
or cooking spra):s as they get sticky.
If the griddle is cleaned with anything other
than a dry, heavy; coarse cloth, it will need to
be reseasoned.
Nexer flood the hot griddle with cold water.
This could cause the griddle to crack or warp.
