steel and
highly
polished
to provide
a smooth
cooking
surthce.
It is normal

a stick-resistant

or "seasoning."
The griddle
is thern/()staticallv
controlled
and cycles on and
off to maintain

The griddle
assembly
should
not be removed
for clealfing.
Once
