YOUR PICTURE-IN-PICTURE FEATURE
The Picture-In-Picture(PIP) function aLLows y ou to put a smaLLer
picture, caLLed the _inset," on the bigger screen,or the "main"
picture. Don't want to miss any of the big game, but hate
commerciaLs?3ust put the game in the inset, and surf with the
-main picture.
WORKING WITH PIP
Just Ukeyour EntertainmentMachine'smain screen, PIP will need
a sourcefrom which to take its image. Thisfeatured can be
adjusted underthe Sourcemenu(see page 17).
PIP BUTrONFUNCTIONS
PIP: PressPIP to displayyour Picture-In-Picture. Pressagain to
removePIP.
SWAP:PressSWAP to swapthe main and the PIP pictures.Press
again to return to the original display.
FREF.Z: P ressFREEZ t o freeze the moUon in the PIP window. Press
FREEZ again to return to a Live PIP window.
Audio Swap: To switch Audio soundfrom the Main Picture source
to the soundfrom the PIP inset picture source,(without any
other menus on-screen) repeatedty pressthe musicat note key.
PIP Movement:When PIP is displayed, the PIP inset can be
movedto any corner of the screen usingthe arrow buttons.

POSSIBLEREASONSFOR AD3USTING PIP SOURCE
1. You use a came boxto receivepremiumchanneLs, a nd have
"Looped out" on the back of the TV.Set the PIP sourceto the
cable boxsource,and the Inset wiLLdisplaythe premium
-channeLs,which can then be swappedwith the main picture.
2. Youwant to watch a video tape, but keep scanningfor another
movie or game. Set the PIP sourceto VIDEO 1 or 2 and you
can watch the VCRand TV,swappingbetween the two.
