OPERATION
PressMENuuntil the SpecialFeaturesmenu
appears.
Using the UP/DOWNarrows,select ParentalCtL
within the menu.
Pressa RIGHT/LEFT arrowto enter the parental
controLs(Par. CtL) menu.
With the UP/DOWNarrows,select BlockCh.
Pressa RIGHT/LEFT arrowto enter
the channelselection menu. The screenwiLL be
replacedby a blue screen Listingatt of your
avaiLabLe c hannels.
Usingthe arrow keys selectthe channel numbers
that you wish to block. The screenLists the
channelas Unbtocked.
Pressthe FLSHBK key to block the channet. A
smaLL p adlockicon wiLtappearnext to the chan-
nel numberto indicate that the channelis
blocked.
Pressthe MENUbutton to return to the Par. Ct[.
menu. To blockyour video inputs,select_Block
Video" andyou wiLL be given an option to block
aLL video sources.PressRIGHT/LEFT arrow to
bLock.
Press an UP/DOWNarrow to select Set Hoursin
the menu.
Press a RIGHT/LEFT arrowto increase/decrease
the numberof hoursthe channetis to be
blocked.
Usethe DOWNarrow to select Set Password. A
display wiLL appearto the right, promptingyou
to enter a code.
With the NumberKeypad,enter a four-digit code,
You wiLL be askedto reenter the samecode to
verify it.
Lock On/Off wilt now be highlighted. Press
RIGHT/LEFT arrow to enable channelblocking.
PressENTER or QUIT to exit ParentalControl and
resumeTVviewing.

Shouldyou.forget the password you _l_:ed, parental
control will automatica_ deactivate whenthe preset
