Recording a Movie (Movie Mode)

You can record movies up to 10 seconds long.
• File Format: AVI
AVI format conforms to the Motion JPEG format promoted
by the Open DML Group. Note, however, that this camera
does not support audio data.
• Image Size: 320 x 240 pixels
• Movie Size
Storage Capacity: Approximately 300 KB per second
Maximum Length Per Movie: 10 seconds

down to start recording.
• Recording continues for 10 seconds.
• You can interrupt movie recording before 10 seconds
are up by pressing the shutter release button again.
Saving of the movie to the memory card starts at this
time.

• The flash does not fire during movie recording.
• To view an AVI file under Windows 98 or 2000, install
DirectX from the CD-ROM that comes bundled with
