Parallel (LPT) Connection, IEEE-1284
Parallel/USB Model Only
• Interface cables are not supplied with your printer.
• It is not recommended that you connect parallel
and USB cables to the printer simultaneously.
Parallel Cable Requirements
• bi-directional
• max. length 6 ft. (1.8 m)
• 36-pin Centronics type connector
Make sure the printer and computer are both turned OFF.
1. Turn both the computer and the printer OFF.
