Consumables Limited Warranty

Oki Data Americas, Inc. (Oki Data) warrants this Consumable item
(hereinafter Consumable) to be free from defects in material and
workmanship under normal and proper use, provided however, that it is
properly stored and maintained in the original packaging. This Limited
Warranty is subject to the conditions set forth herein and shall remain
in effect for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase by
the end user.
Should a Consumable which has been properly stored and maintained
in the original packaging be determined by Oki Data to be defective, it
will be repaired or replaced, at Oki Data's option, at no charge to the
end user.
To make claim under this Limited Warranty, the original purchaser
must return this product to the place of original purchase or to Oki
Data. Consumables returned to Oki Data are to be returned in the
original package or equivalent, shipper to bear cost of shipping and
risk of loss in transit and must be accompanied by a written receipt for
the product, showing the date of purchase, dealer's name and item
purchased.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE
WARRANTY OFFERED ON THIS CONSUMABLE ITEM, AND
OKI DATA OFFERS NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR USE.
Oki Data shall not be responsible or liable for any special, incidental or
consequential damages or loss arising from the use of this product.

Oki Data Americas, Inc. (Oki Data), garantit que cet article
consommable Oki Data (ci-après dénommé Consommable) ne
présente aucun défaut de matériel ni de fabrication dans des conditions
d'utilisation normales et appropriées, à condition cependant, qu'il soit
rangé et entretenu correctement dans son embal-lage d'origine. Cette
Garantie limitée est soumise aux conditions établies ci-contre et aura
une durée de validité de quatre-vingt dix (90) jours à compter de la
date d'achat par l'utilisateur final.
Si un Consommable ayant été correctement entreposé et entretenu
dans son emballage d'origine venait à être déclaré défectueux par Oki
Data, il sera réparé ou remplacé, à la discrétion d'Oki Data, sans frais
pour l'utilisateur final.
Pour faire valoir cette Garantie limitée, l'acheteur d'origine doit
retourner le produit Oki Data au lieu d'achat d'origine ou à Oki Data.
Les Consommables retournés à Oki Data seront retournés dans
l'emballage d'origine ou l'équivalent, l'expéditeur ayant à couvrir les
frais d'envoi et celui-ci assumant le risque de perte durant le transit et
doit être accompagné d'un accusé de réception du produit, portant la
date d'achat, le nom du détaillant et le nom de l'article acheté.
CETTE GARANTIE LIMITEE EST L'UNIQUE ET SEULE
GARANTIE OFFERTE SUR CET ARTICLE CONSOMMABLE ET
OKI DATA N'OFFRE AUCUNE AUTRE GARANTIE, EXPRESSE
OU IMPICITE, Y COMPRIS MAIS SANS ETRE LIMITE, TOUTE
GARANTIE IMPLICITE DE COMMERCIALISATION OU
D'APTITUDE A REMPLIR UNE FONCTION PARTICULIERE.
Oki Data ne sera pas rendu ni tenu responsable de tout dommage
particulier, incident ou résultant, ou de toute perte consécutive à
l'utilisation de ce produit.
Cette Garantie limitée s'applique à tous les Consommables Oki.
