User's Guide
Cannot increase the hard drive capacity of the viewer even if deleting files.
Cause
Check if data was deleted without
using the Epson Link2 software on the
computer. Even if deleting data in the
viewer on the computer, if the data has
not been deleted completely, hard
drive capacity of the viewer cannot be
increased.
Cannot set/unset as a private folder.
Cause
The password is wrong.

Printing problems

Cannot print.
Cause
The printer is not supported.
The printer's power is off.
The USB cable is not connected
correctly.
The file is damaged.
If you connect the viewer to a printer
with the Home screen displayed,
printing will not occur as the printer is
recognized as a computer.
What to do
After connecting the viewer to the computer, delete all the
data in "Recycle Bin" (Windows) or "Trash" (Macintosh).
What to do
If you forget the password, enter "5555", "7777", then "3333"
to reset the default password ("0000").
What to do
See "Preparing to Print" (page 55) and make sure that your
printer supports PictBridge.
Turn on the printer.
See "Connecting to a printer" (page 57) and reconnect the
viewer to the printer.
Try to print a different file.
Connect the viewer to the printer after selecting an image to
print. For details, see "Printing Photos" (page 55) or "Printing
Videos" (page 58).
