Preferences dialog box, a Status Alert message appears according to
the conditions you select in the Status Alert box. For detailed
information, see "Background Monitoring Icon and Status Alert"
on page 2-17.

Main window

The Main window shows the current status of the printers. The
color of the printer icon changes according to the printer's
status.
