Changing the Metering Method
You can change the metering method (brightness measuring function) to
match the shooting conditions.
Choose the metering method.
After pressing the @ button, press the
Av buttons ortum the _i_i dial to choose
E_, then press the @ button again=
Choose an option.
Press the ,_'_ buttons or turn the _
dial
to choose an option, then press the @
button.
The setting will appear on the screen.
Suitable for standard shooting conditions, including back tit shots.
_D_ Evaluative Automatically adjusts the exposure to match the shooting
conditions.
Center Averages the light metered from the entire frame, but gives greater
E] Weighted Avg. weight to the center.
